With great quality products at amazing prices we are sure you will love your items. However, if you wish to return any items please see the information below on how to do this.
If for whatever reason your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange collection of this and a replacement will be sent out free of charge. Alternatively if you wish to receive a full refund and a return of the items, we can also arrange this for you.
Please Note: Our free returns policy does not apply to sofas, sofa beds or armchairs. For these items, a return charge will be applicable if you have changed your mind. These charges are set out below:
- Tier 1 - Arm chair £34.99
- Tier 2 - 2 seater sofa / sofa bed £49.99
- Tier 3 - 3 seater sofa / sofa bed £59.99
- Tier 4 - Multiple items £69.99 (maximum return cost per order will be capped at this level)
We are unable to offer free returns if your sofa does not fit into your property. This would be classed as a change of mind return.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND
If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
YOUR ITEM(S) NEED(S) TO BE:
- Unused and with all original components (you are able to assemble and disassemble the product to check if you like it)
- In its original packaging
- In a resellable condition
We can arrange for a free courier collection for you. Please note that for sofas, upholstered beds and mattresses, there is a collection fee if you change your mind.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method upon receipt of the item/s back in our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process.

In most cases, issues with an item can be resolved with you. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us via our Contact Us form, we can then help you solve the issue.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY
If you still need to return a faulty item within the first 28 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or a refund. Please keep the packaging so we can collect the items if needed.
MY ITEM IS INCORRECT
If you need to return an incorrect item within the first 28 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or a refund. Please keep the packaging so we can collect the items if needed, we’d be very grateful for photographs to show the issue as well.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- If we are collecting your item, it will be inspected prior to being refunded. Please note that if the item has been inspected and is not returned as described we reserve the right to reject the refund or offer a partial refund depending on the condition of the item returned.
- We cannot accept returns for a full refund after 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to damaged or defective products. Please note returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging for the items.
Please note, if your returned product has been devalued by unnecessary handling, is partly assembled, or missing its original packaging, we may deduct this value from your refund.
This could cost up to the item's total purchasing price but will be explained before we process your refund.
